1-phase feeders

Single-phase feeder VLM is the ideal solution for feeding short distances within the machine. The blower is mounted directly above the plastic tank. The feeders are equipped with an automatic compressed air filter purge function. A valve can be connected to each feeder, proportional for feeding the original and milling. Flow rateis up to 600 kg / h, at a distance of 30 m. Microprocessor board and keypad allow the operator to easily program and control the machine

VLP- Feeders for transport powders

VLP powder feeders are an intelligent solution for the pneumatic transport of powdered plastics.

They can also be used to transport food, pharmaceutical and chemical products to the highest hygiene standards. They are ideally suited to free-flowing powders with a particle size of 10 to 200 μm and a bulk density of 0.35 to 1.8 kg/dm3.

They can also be used with smaller particle sizes, using special sintered filters. Also available for Matrix centralised systems and with external PD vacuum pump.

VLV VENTURI

Compressed air feeder model VLV for small production batches of up to 20-30 kg/h. Entirely made of anodised aluminium with a Pyrex spigot with adjustable level sensor, the VLV feeder is equipped with a high-performance suction probe for Venturi-based pneumatic conveying. It can be installed directly on the machine or on a small tank.

Series TMM

TMM series stainless steel storage tanks are suitable for use in centralised MATRIX 4 systems.0. Eight models are available, with capacities ranging from 2 dm3 to 100 dm3.

Series LDM

Pump three-phase PD + storage tank

Three-phase pumps are used for highly demanding material handling. Individual models have a suction section separate from the tank, which is connected to it by a vacuum pipe. Plastic Systems has a range of storage tanks with capacities from 2 dm3 to 100 dm3 to meet any requirement.
