Blow molding machine
Founded in picturesque Tuscany in 1983, Meccanoplastica has grown from humble beginnings into a tycoon of the blow moulding industry, with a strong presence on the national and international market.
Starting as a three-person company, today it has outlets in Florence (Italy) and Barcelona (Spain), offering customers high-quality plastics processing machinery.
HE Series — Fully Electric
The blow molding extruders in the fully electric HE series are characterized not only by low noise levels but also by high performance in terms of speed and motion precision.
They significantly reduce energy consumption during production, making them ideal for manufacturing containers of up to 30 liters.
Our blow-molding extruders are available with various clamping force configurations.
Single-station models offer clamping forces from 6 to 30 tons.
Dual-station models are available with clamping forces from 6 to 30 tons, including intermediate values of 12, 16, and 22 tons.
Extrusion Blow Molding Machines (EBM)
Meccanoplastica offers a wide range of extrusion blow molding (EBM) machines. All machines feature an innovative mold-clamping system that applies force evenly to ensure perfect mold parallelism.
MP and HL series — hydraulic and hybrid machines designed for producing packaging ranging from 5 ml to 15 liters.
HE series — fully electric machines for packaging from 5 ml to 30 liters, enabling significant reductions in energy consumption while maximizing production efficiency.

Injection moulding machines z blow molding (IBM)
are machines from the JET series that are unique in their sector. Meccanoplastica was the first company in the world to produce a machine of this type with all-electric drives. Its design ensures that the product is not contaminated with any substances, making it ideal for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. It is suitable for the production of small bottles from 5 ml to 250 ml.

Forming z blowing i stretching preforms PET (SBM)
A series of machines that allows PET preforms to be blown to the target size right in the vicinity of the filling line, reducing transport costs and saving storage space for finished packaging. All-electric machines, SBMs can be equipped with up to 8 socket moulds. The design of the heating section, combined with the optimal positioning of the nut, reduces electricity and compressed air consumption.
