The controller of personal data is MUEHSAM ROZWIĄZANIA DLA PRZEMYSŁU Spółka Jawna, with its registered office at: Pińczowska 11, Dębska Wola, 26-026 Morawica, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000250076, NIP: 6572684209, REGON: 260070677, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”. The Controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processed data.
   2. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
