Privacy Policy
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The controller of personal data is MUEHSAM ROZWIĄZANIA DLA PRZEMYSŁU Spółka Jawna, with its registered office in Kielce (25-563), ul. Zagnańska 149C, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Kielce – 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000250076, REGON: 260070677, NIP: 6572684209 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). Personal data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and the data are stored on secured servers.
For the purposes of better understanding this Privacy Policy, the term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The Service Provider respects the privacy of Users visiting the website www.muehsam.pl. Like most website publishers, the Service Provider collects the IP addresses of Users’ computers and necessary information about how the website is used; however, these data are used solely for technical and administrative purposes (with the exception of the User geolocation service, which allows redirecting Users to appropriate city subpages). The Service Provider does not attempt to identify Users. Among others, a secure encrypted communication protocol (SSL) is used.
Personal data provided in forms on landing pages are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
The Service Provider is the controller of its customers’ personal data. This means that if a User uses the services of www.muehsam.pl, the Service Provider may process the following personal data: first name, last name, telephone number, correspondence address, e-mail address, IP address.
The Service Provider is also the controller of personal data of persons subscribed to the newsletter.
Personal data are processed:
in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
in accordance with this Privacy Policy,
to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, define, amend, or terminate an agreement and to properly perform services provided electronically,
to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), provided that such processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by the User if the User purchases an offer from the Service Provider,
to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by the User if the User contacts the Service Provider to obtain information about the offer and provides personal data,
to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by the User if the User subscribes to the Service Provider’s newsletter.
In the cases referred to in points (ii) and (iii), only e-mail addresses are collected and processed. If data are used for newsletter purposes, commercial information will be sent electronically only on the basis of the User’s explicit consent. The User may withdraw consent to receive the newsletter at any time. Newsletter subscription can be canceled by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mails or by sending a request to: info@muehsam.pl.
Any person whose data are processed (where the Service Provider is the controller) has the right to access their data, rectify them, erase them or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service Provider reserves the right to process User data after termination of the agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue possible claims before a court or where national, EU, or international law requires data retention.
The Service Provider may disclose Users’ personal data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to processing.
The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under applicable law.
The Service Provider uses web analytics systems that may be used to create User profiles. Except for marketing purposes and with the User’s consent, User profiles will not be identified by name or any other data enabling direct identification. Web analytics systems use cookies.
Personal data collected by the Service Provider will be processed solely for the purpose for which they were provided, in accordance with the scope of the consent granted by the User and within the limits of applicable law. The User has the right to access their personal data, correct them, and submit a written request to cease processing. Corrections may be made by contacting customer service by post or e-mail.
The Service Provider has implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control to minimize the effects of any potential data security breach.
Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by the Service Provider or by cooperating processors, including:
courier companies,
electronic payment system operators,
entities providing marketing and customer personalization services on our behalf.
The Service Provider informs that authorized public authorities may also access Users’ personal data within the scope of their statutory powers, in particular judicial authorities (police, prosecution, courts).
The Service Provider informs that Users may browse the product assortment anonymously; however, purchases cannot be made anonymously or under a pseudonym. Placing an order requires providing personal data specified in this Policy.
§3. COOKIES
The website www.muehsam.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the site recognizes the type of device used. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
Collected information includes IP address, browser type, language, operating system type, Internet service provider, time and date, location, and information sent via contact forms.
These data are used to monitor how Users use the website in order to improve its functionality and ensure efficient, trouble-free navigation. Monitoring is carried out using Google Analytics, which records User behavior on the website.
Cookies identify the User, allowing the content to be tailored to their needs and preferences, including targeted advertising. Cookies are used solely to ensure the highest standard of service convenience, and the collected data are used only internally by the Service Provider for optimization purposes.
The Service Provider uses the following types of cookies:

security cookies used to detect authentication abuse,
performance cookies collecting information on website usage,
functional cookies enabling remembering User settings and interface personalization,
advertising cookies delivering advertising content tailored to Users’ interests.

Users should be aware that disabling cookies may affect website display. Failure to change settings means cookies will be placed on the User’s device and accessed by the Operator.

Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, are collected only where Users explicitly consent by completing a form. These data are used solely for the purposes necessary to perform the given function.
§4. VALIDITY AND CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 25 May 2018.
The Operator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at any time. The consolidated text after changes will be available on the website under the “Privacy Policy” section. Users will be informed of planned changes at least two weeks in advance. Any changes will be visible in the “Privacy Policy” section on the website’s main page.
