Dehumidifers and dryers

are designed for drying non-hygroscopic materials. The dryers were divided into two series. The first consists of six models HAD30 - HAD200 with process airflows ranging from 70 - 200 m 3/h. The second has eight models, but the much larger HAD300 - HAD2500, with airflows from 200 to 1350 m3/h. All models are very compact and the individual components (tank, blower, heating chamber) form a compact unit

is a special dehumidifier for the treatment of hygroscopic plastics, using compressed air for this purpose. These units are equipped with a molecular seed that absorbs moisture from the air while being regenerated on an ongoing basis without the need for heating. This makes it possible to achieve a constant dew point temperature of -40°C, with very low energy consumption. This series includes seven models with tanks ranging from 2 dm3 to 100 dm3. They are ideal for small-scale injection moulding or extrusion technology productions.

is a series of dehumidifiers with two molecular seed towers, providing air flows from 50 to 150 m/h. The dew point is maintained at -50°C. The process air temperature can be set up to 190°C (HT version). It is a dehumidifier suitable for drying medium to large quantities of materials.

This is a series of dehumidifiers with a rotating molecular bed that allows continuous control of all dehumidification parameters. The slow rotation of the molecular seed ensures that the operating temperature and dew point temperature remain constant. The unit provides maximum performance for medium-sized productions. DW models maintain a constant dew point down to -50°C with airflow 50 to 250 m3/h. The process temperature can be set up to 150°C. A wide range of hoppers can be installed, with capacities ranging from 50l to 800l.

is a series of dehumidifiers comprising compact units that use weighing technology for the material to be dried, combined with an inverter-controlled blower and an internal three-phase pump. This ensures that the operating parameters adapt to the performance of the injection/extruder. The DWC is equipped with a rotating molecular seed that absorbs moisture from the process air with part of the surface, while the rest of the seed is regenerated at this point. This provides higher process stability than devices with two molecular sieves offer. The unit is controlled via an intuitive touchscreen panel which, thanks to a built-in database, automatically selects parameters such as dehumidification time, dehumidification temperature, air flow, safety temperature to protect the material from overheating, dew point temperature of the process air.
