Series HE fully electric

Blow extruders, part of the all-electric HE series, are not only characterised by low noise levels, but also provide high performance in terms of speed and precision of movement.

They can reduce energy consumption in the production process, making them ideal for producing containers of up to 30 litres. Our extrusion blow moulding machines are available in a variety of mould short-circuit force options. The single-station models have a moulding force of 6 to 30 tonnes, while the two-station models are available with a moulding force of 6 to 30 tonnes, with the option of intermediate values of 12, 16 and 22 tonnes.

Extrusion blow moulding machines (EBM)

Meccanoplastica has a wide range of extrusion blow molding (EBM) machines. All machines feature an innovative mould-closing system that applies a uniform closing force to guarantee the parallelism of the mould. The MP and HL series are hydraulic and hybrid machines, for the production of packaging from 5ml to 15l. HE series, for packaging from 5ml to 30l all-electric to reduce energy consumption with a maximum increase in production capacity.

Injection moulding machines z blow molding (IBM)

are machines from the JET series that are unique in their sector. Meccanoplastica was the first company in the world to produce a machine of this type with all-electric drives. Its design ensures that the product is not contaminated with any substances, making it ideal for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. It is suitable for the production of small bottles from 5 ml to 250 ml.

Forming z blowing i stretching preforms PET (SBM)

A series of machines that allows PET preforms to be blown to the target size right in the vicinity of the filling line, reducing transport costs and saving storage space for finished packaging. All-electric machines, SBMs can be equipped with up to 8 socket moulds. The design of the heating section, combined with the optimal positioning of the nut, reduces electricity and compressed air consumption.
